Thanks to all the fabulous riders in Group 5a last night. This was the best ride I've had with the club so far! It finally felt like a group ride :-) Good job everyone! ..... Sorry, I didn't get to say good-bye to everyone. We did end up going a 3rd time :-)

My PT had me do a whole bunch of Lunges Monday morning and I felt it right away ... but seemed to warm up during the first loop ... the second wasn't bad ... and the it started to burn in the third ... :-) .... it was a great ride for sure! And a perfect evening, even with the wind.
I agree, it was pretty well structured. Shame my legs felt like crap from the previous weekend.
