The final time trial of the season is going down tonight at the Crowsfoot course (See TT page for map). Sign in is at 6:15 and all members are welcome! No experience necessary.
This week we even have some PRIZES! Donated by the generous folks at RUNNER'S CHOICE!

Low turn out last night, where is everyone? Was it too nice out to suffer, or are people boycotting because the course is now a little closer to 14 kms ;) ?
Times were fast, and prizes were awarded to all participants thanks to Runner's Choice.
