Bike mechanic

I am about to buy a new group for my bike at an authorized on-line dealer. The price is much lower than what you get at many of the bike stores (and you still get the warranty) but the problem is of course to find a good mechanic who is willing (and capable) to do the work given the fact that he is not getting the parts business. The new group is a shimano dura ace 7900 and it replaces my current shimano dura ace 7800 on my Cervelo Soloist Carbon. The new cabling will be from Gore's Ride On Professional so experience in fitting this type of cabling would also be good.
Does anyone know a good mechanic who would be interested in making the bike rebuild with these new components?
