Northfield’s Off-Season Cycling Program
CORE Cycling is Northfield Racquet & Fitness Club’s premiere program for the outdoor cyclist. A periodized program that will build a solid base including endurance, strength, power, speed, VO2max and efficiency PLUS specific core strength for cyclists. Bring in your own bike to use on our fluid trainers for a 60 minute session on the bike followed by 15 minutes of core strength training. We offer three 6-week programs that will build on each other to take you through the winter and back onto the bike stronger and faster than ever. Sessions are scheduled to start the week of November 1st and will be offered on Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings at 7:15pm for both members and non-members of the Northfield Club.
