I'm guessing that it's not rideable right now but I haven't been out there. There's a great base and the snow is packy, so if people walk it it might get better soon.
I was thinking of setting my sights on the double track in the pines tomorrow (after people walk their dogs). That gets alot more foot traffic. If I do, I'll update.
