I have updated the weekend road rides to say we would like to have group rides starting from the traditional, centrally located, Waterloo Rec Center at 9 am on both days. It appears that no one is able to commit to being there every time, so I ask that riders follow the posted guidelines and place a ride report in this forum to let other riders know what to expect.

Saturday morning 9 am ride from the Recplex-either no one else, or I missed the group by 4 minutes.....

A nice 52 km ride out to Crosshill and back.

Sunday, 9 AM

Boy it sure is cold for some folks at 9am, be it Saturday or Sunday. Did another 52 km loop, this time out to Hawkesville with a bit of gravel roads trying to get back to Crosshill. That climb just outside of Hawkesville is a 'nice' one.........

Drew,

There used to be race day photo's of the Hawkesville hill on this site. I actually saved them once and still have them! See below. Sorry I don't know who took these photos so I can't give credit. Let me know if you want me to take them down. But, for the interest of the WCC community I hope you don't mind me posting them.
