trails conditions March 21

Igor and I were put doing some planning today. We found the landfill area trails to be in good condition. The trails in the pines varied in condition. The Jake's trails should be avoided. Scrambler is wet and should not be used at this time. The new sections built last fall are wet and vulnerable to damage. Please stay off new sections.
