So it appears that "post your bike" is a bust. Only 3 bikes. :( A conservative group we must be, I guess.

But, this is a public forum for discussion and info-sharing about bikes, cycling, routes, etc. So, perhaps we can try something different.

And they say texting while you are driving is dangerous. Try typing on your Blackberry while riding 40kph. Anyway, don't try this on the road. But, here are a few pics taken on my way to Arthur and back this weekend.

Thanks to Z at Ziggy's for tuning up the bike !

Yes, it was windy on Friday. I topped out for what felt like 10 minutes on the way out. Felt like a pro...until I turned around. ;)

Well. This post has revealed one thing already. www.bikemap.net is a great resource. I just found 22 new routes in KW that I will have to try out.

Thanks Velo.Mouse.

I've been enjoying this roughly short but fun 26km trip :)

From Yatton to C there are couple of nice rolling hills and from C to D it's pretty flat which is nice :P

Mike,

Part of my ride on Friday followed your route from Yatton to C...and then straight on to Arthur. Love those rollers.

I also like turning left (instead of right) on 4th line at C. It takes you straight to Conestoga Lake.

Here's a short route, good for sprints or when you need to get out of the house for an hour.

I went from Elmira out to Conestoga lake and back on Saturday it was a great ride until the wind picked up!! As a novice rider , I learned many valuable lessons all in the one ride LOL.. Really pushed myself!
There's alot of great routes out that way!!!

A nice 52 km ride out to Crosshill and back.

Nice software.

I've never used my Garmin 305 for cycling. Perhaps it's time.

Took at look at your routes. Lots of southern Kitchener. I like the "Amulree" around the Region. The gp de Beauce is something else! 160km, +2209M !
