New Rider to the area

Hail gang,
I am completely new to the KW riding area, and was wondering which trails are best to get my legs back. I can't tell what sort of levels the trails are from the existing map... I ride blue stuff out west and am looking to do the same here. What's closest to Stratford? What's the easiest access? I'm looking for more "swoop! swish! zoom!" than "grunt...balance...pray...dive!"
Any help would be swell!

I think you will enjoy all the trails shown under WCC Trails on the sidebar. Bring the map with you, all the trails are labeled (except at the parking lot). Another good option because it is the same distance from Stratford, are the nice trails in Woodstock:
