Policy Implementation

Policies are sets of rules for how the club operates and how members must behave. This policy sets out the steps needed to implement or update a policy which is in force once the following has occurred:

1. 1. Policy is created or updated through a resolution of the Waterloo Cycling Club (WCC) Board of Directors as described in the WCC Bylaws. The resolution must include an effective date which is at least two weeks in the future.

   2. Members are notified by email of the new or updated policy and the effective date which is at least two weeks from when the notification is sent. The email must refer them to a copy of the policy on the club website.
